डॉ. सदानंद पॉल (Dr. Sadanand Paul) का जन्म 5 मार्च 1975 को कटिहार, बिहार में स्वतंत्रता सेनानी परिवार में हुआ. जो 3 विषयों (हिंदी, पत्रकारिता, लोक साहित्य) में स्नातकोत्तर और UGC की NET में 3rd रैंकर हैं. विधि अध्ययन और शिक्षा स्नातक भी है. भारत सरकार के संस्कृति मंत्रालय से फेलो (JRF); आनरेरी डॉक्टरेट कार्ड, राष्ट्रपति पुरस्कृत नेशनल अवार्ड धारक सहित कई उपाधिधारक हैं. अमेरिकन मैथेमैटिकल सोसाइटी, गिनीज़ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड्स, लिम्का बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स, इंडिया बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स, तेलुगु बुक ऑफ रिकार्ड्स, रियल वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड्स, बिहार बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स, यू.के. रिकॉर्ड्स होल्डर रिपब्लिक होल्डर, भूकंप पर रिसर्च सम्मिलित करनेवाले एकमात्र सिविलियन सहित भारत सरकार पंजीकृत साप्ताहिक समाचार पत्र के सबसे कम उम्र के संपादक (Editor) के रूप में इनकी उपस्थिति कीर्तिमान लिए है. भारत में गोरैया पक्षी (Sparrow Birds) की चिंताजनक दशाओं पर महत्वपूर्ण शोध लिखा है. अभाज्य संख्याओं से अभाज्य संख्या (Prime Numbers) ज्ञात करने के Unique Formula की खोज किये हैं. इसके साथ ही सदानंद पॉल की अभिरुचि साहित्य लेखन, पत्र लेखन, ड्राफ्टिंग, लोकगाथा लेखन, गणित शोध, आरटीआई लेखन, भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध लेखन, फेसबुक पर लेखन, यूनिक सोशल एक्टिविज़्म इत्यादि में है. एकबार 'मैग्सेसे अवार्ड' और 14 बार 'पद्म अवार्ड' के लिए नामांकित हो चुके हैं. बिहार राष्ट्रभाषा परिषद सम्मान, कोशी गौरव सम्मान से विभूषित हैं. इनकी 3 पुस्तकें (सदानंद पॉल की गणित डायरी, पूर्वांचल की लोकगाथा गोपीचंद, लव इन डार्विन) प्रकाशित हैं और अनेक रचनाएँ कई संकलनों में संग्रहित हैं तथा 10,000 से अधिक रचनाएँ, पत्रादि प्रकाशित व प्रसारित हैं. कई जनहितकारी अभियानों के उत्पत्तिकारक रहे हैं, यथा- डॉ. सदानंद पॉल ने 15 से अधिक वर्षों से अखबारी कागजों पर नाश्ते परोसे जाने व खाद्य सामग्री खाने के विरुद्ध यह जनजागरूकता अभियान चला रखे हैं कि अखबार (Newspapers) छापने में जो प्रिंटेड स्याही का उपयोग किया जाता है, उनमें हानिकारक रसायन भी होती है, जो कि गरम-गरम समोसे, पकौड़े, घुघनी इत्यादि से स्पर्श व खाने से पेट में जाने पर बवासीर, आँत कैंसर आदि बीमारी हो सकती है ! डॉ. सदानंद पॉल के द्वारा इस वस्तुस्थिति को आरटीआई (RTI) आवेदन के माध्यम से गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को आवेदित किया गया था, जो अंततः स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को अंतरित हुआ और सदानंद पॉल के इस पहल को स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने नोटिस में लिया. इतना ही नहीं, सदानंद और इनके पारिवारिक सदस्यों द्वारा 30 से अधिक वर्षों से टीबी और खाँसी रोगियों के लिए मुफ़्त में इस रोग के निदानार्थ 'जूस' हेतु हरवाकस पौधे के पत्ते उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे हैं, जिनसे लाखों रोगी लाभान्वित हुए हैं. डॉ. सदानंद पॉल ने चौक, चौराहों, गली, मोहल्लों में पुरुष और महिलाओं के लिए मूत्रालय की अलग-अलग व्यवस्था होने को लेकर; ताकि स्थानीय लोगों सहित बाहरी यात्रियों को इसके विहित असहज अवस्थाओं से सामना नहीं करना पड़े; गृह मंत्रालय को आरटीआई आवेदन विधिवत आवेदित किया और इनके इस सामाजिक पहल पर गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार ने स्थानीय स्वशासन निकायों को मामला अंतरित किया है. डॉ. सदानंद पॉल ने लोगों को प्रतिदिन अभिवादन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए यानी सुप्रभात, शुभ दिवस, शुभ संध्या, शुभ रात्रि इत्यादि सहित जयंती, शोक और पर्व-उत्सवों में स्मरण हेतु एकल मोबाइल फोन से अबतक 5 लाख से अधिक sms भेज चुके हैं. डॉ. सदानंद पॉल ने लगातार 30 से अधिक वर्षों से 75 से अधिक हिंदी अखबारों से राजनीति, विदेश मामले, खेल, साहित्य, विज्ञान, अर्थव्यवस्था, सम्पादकीय इत्यादि क्षेत्रों से समाचार, फ़ीचर आदि cutting कर 9 लाख से अधिक News Clippings संग्रहित किये हैं. इसके साथ ही 50 हजार से अधिक विभिन्न पत्रिकाओं के संकलन; 1 लाख से अधिक साहित्यकारों, राजनीतिज्ञों, पत्रकारों इत्यादि से 1 लाख से अधिक बार पत्राचारों के संग्रह हैं, तो संपादक के नाम 10,000 से अधिक पत्रों सहित विविध विधाओं में हिंदी रचनाएँ प्रकशित और प्रसारित तथा विविध समस्याओं के समाधानार्थ 22,000 से अधिक आरटीआई आवेदनों और इतनी ही संख्या में सामान्य letter प्रेषित किए हैं, जिनसे भारत के सभी राज्यों से अच्छे रिस्पांस मिले हैं. यह जानकारियों का खजाना तो एकल मानव-समर्थ के लिए अद्भुत कीर्तिमान है, तभी तो makingindiaonline.in ने सदानंद पॉल के कई कीर्तिमानों को देखते हुए इन्हें Mr. Encyclopeadia कहा है, तो messengerofart.in ने इन्हें Royal Tiger of India (RTI) कहा है. इनके आवेदन पर ही भारतीय रेलवे ने एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन की आरक्षित बोगी से side middle bearth हटाया, तो बिहार में निजी शिक्षण संस्थानों हेतु coaching act लागू हुई. ऑनलाइन admit card देने के बावजूद नौकरी के लिए आयोगों द्वारा लिए गए रजिस्ट्री डाक टिकटयुक्त लिफाफे के अप्रयुक्त होने पर करोड़ो रूपये के इन डाक टिकटों को प्रतिभागियों को सदानंद पॉल ने वापस दिलवाये. डॉ. सदानंद पॉल ने अबतक 5,00,000 से अधिक परीक्षार्थियों को सफलता हेतु Tips दिए हैं, उनके लिए ये Examination Icon अथवा Role Model हैं. ये खुद सरकारी स्तर की 500 से अधिक और तीन महादेशों की परीक्षाएँ Qualify किए हैं, तो हिंदी को अतिसमृद्ध करने के लिए हिंदी शब्द 'श्री' को 2,05,00,912 तरीके से लिखा है और हिंदी में 'पहला ध्वनि व्याकरण' भी लिखा है, जिसे pratilipihindi.com सहित भारत से बाहर शंघाई विश्वविद्यालय ने स्थान दिए हैं. हिंदी सुलेख व सुंदर लिखावट के लिए चायना रेडियो इंटरनेशनल ने भी प्रशंसा किए हैं. इनके द्वारा खोज किए next prime numbers और गणितीय सूत्रों के किए कई शैक्षिक संस्थानों; यथा- makingindiaonline.in, University of Kerela आदि ने प्रशंसा किए हैं. डॉ. पॉल को डॉ. गुणाकर मुले ने हिंदी भाषा में गणित के प्रथम अन्वेषक कहा है, तो अंतरिक्ष विज्ञानी सर स्टीफेन हॉकिंग और रॉयल सोसाइटी के अध्यक्ष व नोबेल पुरस्कृत डॉ. वी. रामकृष्ण ने उनकी गणितीय रिसर्च पर ईमेल भेजे हैं. ■■■■■ English CITATION of Dr. Sadanand Paul.
